This graceful twelve story building sits quietly surrounded by a number of other buildings. When you really take a look at it, you will note the sumptuous Art Deco terra cotta ornamentation at the base and the crown of the building. The intricate terra cotta that adorns the penthouse level of the building is a real treat to examine.
