Pioneer Square Park Pergola

One of my favorite areas in Seattle is the Pioneer Square District and one of its highlights is the Pioneer Square Park. This tiny park is home to the beautiful Pioneer Square Park Pergola and the Pioneer Square Park Totem Pole.
One of Seattle's architectural highlights is the ornate iron and glass Pioneer Square Park pergola. It was built in 1909 as a trolley station with an underground restroom. The restroom is no longer accessible but you can enjoy strolling under the Pergola. The Pergola makes a great subject for photographers. Pioneer Square Park also has a beautiful Native American totem pole. The Pergola and the totem pole are National Historic Landmarks.
