The Ballard/Howe house at 22 West Highland Drive (photo below) was built in 1901 as a single family residence and it was converted into an apartment building. This house is on the National Register of Historic Places and it is a Seattle Landmark. It is one of the showcase homes on Queen Anne Hill. Check out its graceful colonial styling.
